All my yarns are rinsed after dyeing, but there may be a slight bleed when your finished item is washed.
Superwash yarn can be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, but I prefer to wash by hand in tepid water with a gentle liquid. Dry flat in shape.
Non Superwash yarn should be washed by hand in tepid water. Do not agitate the yarn.
All yarn bands have washing instructions.

I currently do not custom dye yarn.

Most of the yarns have been dyed using professional dyes. Occasionally I will use natural ingredients to dye.

Hand dyed yarn is very individual and there can be slight differences between skeins, even those from the same batch.
When using more than 1 skein in the same colour, I suggest alternating skeins every few rows.

I photograph yarns to show as true a colour as I can. Please remember that screens can alter all colours slightly.

Also, there will be slight variations of colour between bases as each absorbs the dye at a different rate. For example, a merino/nylon base absorbs differently to BFL even if dyed together.
