I want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, please contact me and give me the chance to solve the issue.
I accept returns for unused items or faulty items only. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange return, stating reason for return/refund.
If you need to return your yarn or accessories:
- The item must be unused and resaleable, in original packing or with intact original bands.
- The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning the item(s). Please return using tracking and proof of postage. I cannot be responsible for returned items lost.
- I will not refund original shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be issued only when items are received and checked.
If you have purchased a digital product:
- Because of the nature of the product, returns/refunds cannot be given.
